I currently hold the position as Vice President Strategy, Process & IT at Volvo Buses Global Product Development and Purchasing. My main responsibility is to drive and secure that our operational efficiency targets are met. From 2010 through 2014 Vice President and Chief Program Manager for a Volvo Group wide program with the target to increase the Product Development efficiency for the group with 30%. I also have 10 years of experience as management consultant at Arthur D. Little, mainly within the field of innovation and product creation.
