Presenting: Leveraging Data In The Value Chain - 8 Mar 2016, 09:35

Founded in 1939 and having just completed our 75th year in business at Mercury Marine (a Division of Brunswick Corporation), we have transformed the company to be a brand leader on one key pillar - the pillar of Product Leadership. Delivering new products at a clip of one new product every 6 weeks, collaboration with successful data management is key to our success. With a global value chain partner base, moving data correctly and efficiently from concept to production is critical in our pace of innovation. Our Session will walk us through our journey:

  • The Mercury Marine Journey to PLM - creating a robust foundation
  • Innovation at the speed of Mercury - inherent requirements from a systems and process perspective
  • Challenges in the current environment and opportunities
  • Our Strategic Solution - Leverage Data from the source and "live" design in the value chain
